Director of Design / Design Director
Erica leads the creative direction behind White Water's aquatic environments, translating architecture, landscape, lifestyle, and client vision into cohesive design solutions. She guides projects from concept through detailed development and works closely with architects, designers, and project teams to ensure every element belongs within the larger environment.
Eddie White
Director of Aquatic Engineering
Eddie leads the technical systems that make extraordinary aquatic environments perform, bringing expertise across hydraulics, circulation, filtration, water treatment, mechanical systems, equipment integration, and controls. He coordinates engineering requirements across disciplines to ensure complex aquatic systems are designed as one integrated, high-performing environment.

Director of Project Finance & Cost Management
Lisa provides the financial oversight and commercial discipline that help keep White Water projects aligned from planning through completion. Her role connects project budgeting, cost management, procurement, forecasting, job costing, change management, billing, and financial reporting—providing the visibility needed to make informed decisions throughout the project lifecycle.

EZ connects design, procurement, scheduling, coordination, and execution to keep projects moving with clarity and control. From managing project schedules and subcontractors to coordinating materials, resolving issues, maintaining quality, and communicating with clients, EZ keeps the project aligned from planning through completion.

Construction Manager
Otis leads field execution, ensuring the design is translated into the finished environment with precision, quality, and discipline. He oversees site coordination, construction activities, trades, installation, quality control, safety, and completion—bringing together the people and details required to deliver the finished project as intended.
